Stepan RUDIK, photographer

Born on 6.12.1982 in Izmail (Ukraine).

Studied photography at the Kiev National Art and Culture University (V. Kukorenchuk studio).

I specialize in reportage, genre photography, psychological portrait.

Worked with various publications in Ukraine.

Member of Photo Artists Unions of Ukraine and Russia.

FIAP grand prix and gold medal in black-and-white section at the 1st International Photographic Biennial Rivne-2007 (Rivne, Ukraine). Grand prix of the “Siberian Biennale” – 2007 International Photo Festival (Surgut, Russia) for the series “Mental House”. Participant of the photo exhibition “Lapin’s School”, May-July 2009, Moscow – St.Petersburg (Russia).

Currently I live and work in Poland as freelancer. GAUDE POLONIA fellow (Polish National Culture Center scholarship for Arts).
