This is a series of photographs dedicated to the everyday life of a Moscow train station, these gates of the megapolis. Hundreds of personal dramas of meetings and leaves enact here every day; the windows of train carriages, like TV screens, tell us stories of people. Satiated Moscow like a magnet attracts thousands of labour migrants from poorer neighbouring regions, who daily penetrate into it through the train station’s doors, legally or illegally.
